Karaethar Hereditary Prince of Allanard
Karaethar, destined to be the fifteenth of his name, is a young man in his early thirties (equivalent to just under twelve years in Fell age). Bright and intelligent, he shows great promise even at this tender age.
Although he idolizes his father and sees him as a role model, Karaethar is more sympathetic towards humans and other short-lived species. He's particularly fascinated by tieflings, drawn to their exotic skin colors and strange horns. This curiosity stems from the mysterious absence of tieflings among elves.
On several occasions, much to the chagrin of some old generals, Karaethar has successfully persuaded his father to soften punishments against human kingdoms. Despite his royal status and busy schedule befitting a prince of his precious bloodline, Keraith has few friends. His role as heir to an unbroken line of emperors leaves little room for socializing.
To compensate for their inability to nurture him personally, his parents gifted him two tiefling slaves, one male and one female, who have become his inseparable companions. They are joined by young Memobel, daughter of the powerful Prorin dynasty ambassador.
Karaethar has already ventured into the dragon caves, emerging with a small silver drake named Yaistas. Aerevar was astonished. While the baby dragon is currently too small for battle or riding—it would take at least 500 years before she's large enough—every dragon is entrusted to its rider by the goddess Sarin, and her choices are beyond question. The Dragon Lady, who fiercely protects her empire, surely hasn't erred in this pairing.
Karaethar and "Yai," as he affectionately calls her, bonded immediately. The little dragon has seamlessly integrated into the elf prince's small circle of friends, further enriching his unique perspective on the world.
