Alyrr Capital of Fell Allanard

Alyrr is the capital of the 3,000-year-old Fell Anard Empire.

As declining as the ancient elven empire may be, not even the mighty Empire of Hayon was able to conquer all of the continent's outposts, let alone defeat it completely.

Symbolic of its power and resilience is the city of Alyrr, the empire's capital. Known by many names, "The White City", "The Ivory City", "The City of a Thousand Towers", and other similar monikers, Alyrr has remained unconquered for millennia, and is undoubtedly the richest city on the planet.

Should all the other domains of the Empire fall, the city is safe and will continue to be defended by any means necessary. For as long as it takes, should it be necessary to summon dragons.

Some travelers from other worlds have likened it to a place called "The Dreaming City", but Alyrr does not dream or sleep, it remains the center of an empire, in truth reduced, but viable.
